Privacy notice.

What we collect. What we don't. What you can ask us to delete. Written so you can read it once and not worry about the second read.

Marketing site (ishard.us).

This page, and every page under ishard.us, is a public marketing site:

• No cookies. Not analytics, not advertising, not session — none.
• No analytics. No Google Analytics. No Plausible. No Fathom. No PostHog. None today.
• No third-party trackers. No Facebook pixel, no LinkedIn pixel, no advertising SDKs.
• Server-side logs (Cloudflare edge): standard request metadata — IP, User-Agent, request path, timestamp. Retained 7 days for security telemetry. Not joined to any other dataset, not sold.
• Google Fonts CDN serves fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com assets. Google receives standard request metadata when your browser loads fonts. Their privacy policy applies to those requests.

Inference service (when you book a Shard).

When you obtain an API key, reserve a node, or sign a Private Fleet contract, we collect what is necessary to operate the service:

• Account data: billing email, organization name, country of incorporation. Stored in the operator's own systems, not a third-party CRM.
• Workload metadata: model, quant, batch size, RPS profile — what we need to route you to the right node.
• Billing data: Stripe-issued transaction IDs and amounts. Card data never touches iShard infrastructure.
• Audit logs: reservation creation/cancellation, API key issuance/revocation, with timestamps. Retained 90 days.

We do not collect:

• Prompt content or completion content beyond the active session debug window (default: 60 seconds for diagnostics, then dropped).
• Personal data of your end-users, employees, or downstream customers — that is your responsibility under your Terms.
• Browsing behavior on the inference dashboard (when shipped) beyond what's needed for auth and security.

Cookies.

None on the marketing site. The customer dashboard, when shipped (Q3 2026), will use a single session cookie required for authentication. No advertising or analytics cookies, ever, on either property.

Your data is not used for training.

iShard does not use customer prompts, completions, embeddings, fine-tune data, or any other workload payload to train, fine-tune, or improve any model — ours or anyone else's. This is also stated in ai.txt under no-customer-data-training: yes.

GDPR (EU / UK).

If you are an EU or UK data subject, you have the rights to:

• Access — receive a copy of personal data we hold about you.
• Rectify — correct inaccurate data.
• Erase — request deletion ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability — receive data in a machine-readable format.
• Object — to processing based on legitimate interests.

Lawful basis: contract performance for inference customers; legitimate interests for marketing-site security telemetry. Requests honored within 30 days. Email hello@ijarvis.ai with subject GDPR request. We do not have a UK or EU representative today; if your jurisdiction requires one, please tell us and we will appoint one before the relationship begins.

CCPA / CPRA (California).

California residents have the rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of sale of personal information. iShard does not sell personal information under any definition. Requests honored within 45 days. Email hello@ijarvis.ai with subject CCPA request.

Children.

The service is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, email hello@ijarvis.ai with subject iShard child data and we will delete it.

International transfers.

Data is processed and stored in Tampa, Florida, USA. We do not transfer customer data outside the United States. EU/UK customers should consider this when evaluating GDPR transfer adequacy; the recommended path is a Standard Contractual Clauses addendum to the Private Fleet contract.

Changes.

Material changes notified to active customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. The Last reviewed date at the top of this page is updated on every change, however small.
